Ellen P. Ryan: Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

A serial entrepreneur and business pioneer who loves to innovate. A CRM expert and a crusader for results. Passionate about developing a culture of service. Devoted to cultivating teams of cross functional experts and strategic business advisors who are dedicated to client growth.

Has a penchant for making the cash register ring for clients – loves the pursuit of the sale and enjoys the machinations of the sales process and building that bridge between marketing and sales to drive business forward. Dedicated to providing real work-life balance and a sense of valued participation amongst her staff.

In 2006 Ellen co-created RM Factory, the very first virtual Marketing and Sales agency. Prior to that, Ellen spent almost 2 decades honing her craft at Wunderman, a Y&R/WPP agency, where she rose through the ranks to become the Executive Vice President, in charge of the cross functional group called Customer Impact. This group included Interactive, Data, Promotions, Direct Mail, Project Management as well as the Call Center group, a group she started for the agency back in 1990 and which became the blueprint for the entire DM agency industry.

In 2010, along with Daisy Exposito, she co-founded Dex Direct, a strategic partnership between RM Factory and d exposito & Partners, a leading multi-cultural agency based in NYC. Ellen's key role here as Managing Partner is to continually deliver value to clients by building and leading teams of seasoned and passionate Multicultural Relationship Marketing/CRM experts.

Ellen's many awards include The Lester Wunderman Award, recognizing excellence and innovation in Direct Marketing and CRM Communications. She is also a recipient of an Effie Award, for work she did on the Xerox account. The Effie Award is a prestigious award in our industry because it honors the one truly significant achievement in advertising: Results.

Ellen resides in Huntington Bay, Long Island with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Sherman.

Jeff Perlman: President and Co-founder

Technology Geek. Marketing Engineer. Operational Wizard. Client Advocate. CRM Enthusiast. Consummate Professional. Jeff could easily be called by any and all of these monikers. With over 30 years of direct marketing operations and sales experience in both client and agency settings, Jeff brings a unique perspective to work he does for clients.

Jeff's success record spans across all customer engagement types, a variety of consumer and business segments, and across almost every vertical industry segment.

Prior to co-founding RM Factory, Jeff lead operational teams at Wunderman, a Y&R/WPP agency for various clients such as: Microsoft, AT&T, Sony, IBM, H&R Block, and the U.S. ARMY.

Prior to agency life, Jeff cut his teeth on the basics of direct marketing in the highly competitive non-profit arena working for Columbia University, the Metropolitan Opera and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He refined his skills by spending the next decade in direct to consumer publishing with Time-Warner Publishing and B.C.Harris Publishing.

Jeff resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with his partner and their two Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Sasha and Gracie.

Timothy Ryan: Chief Financial Officer

Timothy has served as RM Factory's CFO since the company's inception in 2006.

Timothy started his career as a Corporate Accountant on Wall Street with Nomura Computer Systems. He later served as the Finance Manager at Citibank, in charge of the software division for their business-to-business clients. Tim used his extensive knowledge of accounting software products to build this critically important division for Citibank.

In 1993 Timothy took the leap toward Entrepreneurship and founded Accountant On The Go, Inc., a privately held successful corporation catering to the needs of small and medium-sized business owners. His mission: to educate and train small and medium sized business owners on how to run their company books more efficiently through QuickBooks accounting software. Accountant On The Go, Inc. works with, and has trained, hundreds of small businesses locally and around the country. Timothy has been a certified professional advisor for QuickBooks for the last 21 years. He brings a substantial amount of financial background, QuickBooks expertise and vast computer and software knowledge to all of his efforts.

Timothy received his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from SUNY Old Westbury. He is currently completing his Masters in Federal Taxation from St John's University, in New York.

Jennifer Rabuck: Partner

Brilliant, sharp, strategic, proficient, witty, a quick study and a very hard worker. All these are words and phrases often used when clients and colleagues describe Jennifer. She is a revered marketer and an exceptional strategic business advisor.

As a Partner at RM Factory, Jennifer is responsible for managing the agency's flagship accounts, as well as building and managing the firm's Inside Sales teams.

Jennifer joined RM Factory after serving ten years at Wunderman, a Y&R/WPP agency in NYC, where she worked as a Campaign Strategist on key client accounts including: Hughes Network Systems, AT&T, IBM, H&R Block, and Oxford Health.

Jennifer has been focused on marketing and sales campaigns that target both the consumer market and selling to businesses, with a specialty in complex selling to both small and large enterprises, as well as franchise operations.

Even though marketing is not rocket science, Jennifer is a real Rocket Scientist, with a BS in Physics and Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology at Old Westbury.

Jen resides in Bucks county Pennsylvania with her husband and their two sons, along with their menagerie of animals.

Brett Lewis: Managing Director, Multicultural Markets

Brett leads the agency's Multicultural Marketing efforts and is responsible for multiple client engagements that include leading a team of cross functional CRM experts in the development of multi-channel, fully integrated CRM programs to the Hispanic/Latino, Asian and African/American markets.

During Brett's 25+ year career, he has built a substantial multicultural knowledge base by building, deploying and managing fully integrated communication programs across multiple cultural segments. Through his involvement across major industries such as healthcare, financial services and telecommunications, he has developed a keen eye for the cultural nuances and key triggers that engage and change behaviors across a multitude of consumer segments. Brett's expertise includes planning and development, consumer insights and needs, creative application, database and analytics and marketing operations support.

Before joining RM Factory, Brett was with DDB where he helped create a CRM practice to serve the growing needs of the agency's client base, including Glidden, Eli Lilly & Co., and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, he spent many years within the consumer healthcare groups at Wunderman, Young & Rubicam and Foot Cone & Belding. During this time, Brett helped to create integrated solutions for Kiehl's Since 1851/L'Oreal, MetLife, Merck and Citibank. He also managed the launch of award-winning loyalty programs and DTC campaigns for AstraZeneca.

Brett resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and loves biking and the beaches of south Florida.
